We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and is committed to providing excellent patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow</li><li>Collect co-pays and handle front desk transactions</li><li>Verify insurance and update patient demographics</li><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls</li><li>Support providers and clinical staff as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years medical office experience required</li><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Computer proficiency and data entry experience</li><li>Professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Pay: Based on experience</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Medical office setting</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented workplace</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
