Gardere Community Christian School is seeking an energetic, highly organized Programs, Volunteer, and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role plays a vital part in building and sustaining positive engagement between the school, families, and the broader community, while also supporting the school&rsquo;s marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys coordinating events, managing systems, promoting a mission-driven brand, and fostering meaningful relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPrograms &amp; Events Coordination<ul><li>Plan and oversee school-wide programs and events, including:</li><li>After-school enrichment programs</li><li>Parent engagement programs (e.g., monthly Saturday sessions)</li><li>Community outreach events</li><li>School-wide initiatives and drives (e.g., coat drives, reading nights)</li><li>Coordinate with staff, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful events.</li><li>Manage communications, logistics, and materials needed for programs.</li></ul>Volunteer Engagement<ul><li>Oversee parent and community volunteer involvement on campus.</li><li>Write and distribute a monthly volunteer email with updates and opportunities.</li><li>Maintain a calendar of regular volunteer opportunities and events.</li><li>Welcome and support volunteers on site, nurturing positive and inclusive relationships.</li><li>Track and report volunteer hours and engagement.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Communications<ul><li>Support the Principal and Development Director in executing marketing tasks for enrollment and fundraising aligned with the school&rsquo;s mission.</li><li>Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns across print and digital platforms.</li><li>Manage and create content for social media, website (Squarespace), newsletter, and email accounts.</li><li>Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media and website.</li><li>Maintain organized storage of digital media and marketing files.</li><li>Assist with photography, content creation, design, and vendor coordination for public-facing materials and school signage.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide daily assistance at the front desk for one hour, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting administrative needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys working with people</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and basic graphic design skills preferred</li><li>Experience in social media management and digital marketing platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Squarespace, Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and Gmail</li><li>Passion for serving students, families, and the broader community</li><li>Comfortable taking initiative and adapting in a dynamic school environment</li><li>Warm, mission-aligned, and collaborative personality</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
