This is a full-time, 40 hour/week positions in the Adult/Older Adult Intensive Outpatient Program in Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. The positions are based out of the Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia St, San Jose, CA 95112. This MHS/MHT positions will be assigned to to the Intensive Outpatient Program. The Intensive Outpatient Program provides men and women involved with the criminal justice system with intensive treatment and support services to enable them to function successfully within their community. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing psycho-social-behavioral services to children, adolescents and their families. Commitment to helping others within a community setting, attention to detail, and documentation skills are important characteristics the successful candidate must have

Gardner Health Services is now offering hiring bonuses for qualified Mental Health Specialists and Mental Health Therapists! Mental Health Specialist with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree will receive a $5,000 bonus and Mental Health Therapist&rsquo;s with a Master&rsquo;s Degree will receive a $7,500 bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
MHS- BA degree and at least three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
MHRS- BA degree plus four (4) years relevant experience and/or AA degree plus six (6) years&rsquo; experience and obtain a mental health rehabilitation specialist counselor certification from the County of Santa Clara.
MHT I- Must be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) with proper proof of registration and have obtained an effective Waiver of Licensure from the Santa Clara Department of Mental Health.
MHT II- Master&rsquo;s Degree and active licensee with the California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) as an LMT, LCSW, or LPCC
Compensation:
Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
MHS/MHRS: $69,539.18 - $80,614.97/Annually
MHT I: $83,605.54 - $96,921.74/Annually
MHT II - $97,333.03 - $110,373.72/Annually

Mental Health Specialist or Therapist - Intensive Outpatient

<div><div>Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician position. This is a temporary full-time position in Gardner's Integrated Behavioral Health Department. Temporary positions are not eligible for benefits. The position is based out of both the Saint James Clinic in San Jose, CA. Gardner's Integrated Behavioral Health program provides behavioral health services in the primary care setting within a multidisciplinary team including Primary Care Physician, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Psychiatrists, and Peer Partners. The primary tasks of this position include providing mental health assessments and short-term treatment to patients ages 6 and over. Additional duties include participation in regular consultation meetings with IBH providers to discuss patient care, referring patients to mental health services or community resources, and maintaining electronic health records on patient encounters. We welcome candidates who are knowledgeable of short-term, evidenced-based models such as CBT, PST, TF-CBT. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be flexible, and team oriented. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required as well as basic computer skills. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Experience working in a community clinic setting is preferred but not required</li><li>
