We take pride in offering dependable, community-focused service with a team-oriented culture and opportunities for growth.Job Description: Garibay Waste Services is seeking a skilled and dependable CDL A Driver with Combination Endorsement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would also have experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators and be comfortable working in multiple capacities &mdash; roll-off trucks, trash trucks - rear load and or front load, and occassional heavy equipment operation as needed.You&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service for both our residential and commercial customers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate commercial roll-off trucks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Load, transport, and unload containers in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.</li><li>Desired: Operate heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, etc.) as part of site and support operations.</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.</li><li>Assist with other operational duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid CDL A with Combination Endorsement and clean driving record (required)</li><li>Desired: Experience operating skid steer and/or excavator (required or strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious</li><li>Experience in construction, heavy equipment operations and waste management a plus</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay: $23-$24/hour</li><li>Steady, full-time local work in a growing company</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the organization</li><li>Team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, Monday-Friday</li><li>Occasional 1/2 day Saturday</li><li>Home at night</li></ul>To Apply: Please email your contact information to support@garibaydumpsterrental.com along with a picture of your Class A/B license.Garibay Dumpster Rental is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
