Job Title: Civil Site Engineer for Projects of several Military Engineering Services (MES)Location: Colaba, Navy Nagar, MumbaiJob Description: We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities for the construction of prefabricated hostel units and related civil works in Navy Nagar, Colaba. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring that all works adhere to MES and departmental specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate site execution activities related to prefabricated hostel accommodation and allied civil works.</li><li>Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Manage and monitor daily progress, labour deployment, and material usage.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records and measurement books.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental norms within the Defence establishment.</li><li>Assist in documentation, drawing vetting coordination, and preparation of work completion records.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.</li><li>3+ years of experience in building construction</li><li>Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and service coordination works.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with Defence/MES authorities.</li><li>Understand structural drawings and its aspects.</li><li>Punctual, responsible, and capable of independently handling site operations.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in execution.</li><li>Strong sense of accountability and ownership of site work.</li><li>Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth progress under tight timelines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Civil engineering: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
