Location: Tirupur (Relocation from Rajasthan required) Job Type: Full-Time, On-SiteJob Description: Garment mantra Lifestyle Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will handle accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate financial management. This is an on-site role in Tirupur, and candidates will need to relocate from Rajasthan.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals accurately.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit &amp; loss accounts, and balance sheets.</li><li>Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper records of all transactions.</li><li>Support payroll processing and related accounting entries.</li><li>Assist in preparation for audits and coordinate with auditors as required.</li><li>Track expenses, manage petty cash, and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.</li></ul>Core Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to relocate to Tirupur from Rajasthan.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with garment/apparel industry accounting is a plus.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their resume and relocation details to [6367715884].Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
