Position SummaryThe Product &amp; Inventory Control Executive is responsible for managing product listings on the company website, maintaining accurate stock limits based on supplier inventory, and supporting the sales team with product-related requests and amendments.Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing &amp; AmendmentsCore Duties&middot; Create new product listings on the website.&middot; Update and maintain existing product data.&middot; Ensure accuracy in:o Product titleso Descriptionso Pricingo Variants (sizes, colors)o Imageso Specifications&middot; Upload and optimize product images.&middot; Maintain consistency in product naming conventions.&middot; Ensure products are categorized correctly.&middot; Remove discontinued products in coordination with suppliers.Quality Control<ul><li>Conduct regular audits of listings.</li><li>Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing data.</li><li>Ensure pricing alignment with approved margin structures.</li></ul>2. Stock Limit ManagementCore Duties<ul><li>Monitor stock levels from different suppliers websites</li><li>Apply appropriate stock limits on company website.</li><li>Adjust stock limits daily (or as required).</li></ul>Controls &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain stock monitoring logs.</li><li>Report low stock or discontinued items to purchasing and sales teams.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for major stock shortages.</li><li>Ensure seasonal stock adjustments are applied where necessary.</li></ul>3. Sales Support &amp; Product AssistanceCore Duties<ul><li>Process listing amendment requests from sales agents.</li></ul>Performance Expectation<ul><li>Maintain fast response times to sales queries.</li><li>Ensure product recommendations are commercially viable.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical Skills<ul><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Deco Network, Odoo).</li><li>Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze supplier stock data.</li><li>Understanding of garment types and printing compatibility.</li></ul>Behavioral Skills<ul><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in e-commerce or product data management.</li><li>Familiarity with garment suppliers and apparel industry preferred.</li><li>Comfortable working with large product catalogues.</li><li>Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.</li></ul>Location &amp; Time Islamabad - onsite3am to 11am PST (Oct to March)4am to 12pm PST (April to September)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
