Job Title: Store In-ChargeLocation: Islamabad, Pakistan Industry: Signage / Advertising / Printing Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Relevant) Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Job SummaryWe are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations of our signage production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material handling, coordination with production and procurement teams, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth operational flow.Key Responsibilities Store &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, tools, and consumables (flex, vinyl, acrylic, LEDs, frames, etc.).</li><li>Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate timely replenishment.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety handling of materials.</li><li>Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li></ul>Receiving &amp; Dispatch<ul><li>Receive materials from vendors, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain inward &amp; outward registers and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate dispatch of finished signage materials to installation teams or clients.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Accounts teams for material planning.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly inventory and consumption reports.</li><li>Support management with cost control and wastage reduction.</li></ul>Computer &amp; System Usage<ul><li>Maintain inventory records using Excel / Inventory software.</li><li>Update stock movement, GRNs, and issue slips digitally.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing (hard &amp; soft copies).</li></ul>Housekeeping &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company SOPs.</li><li>Follow health &amp; safety guidelines within the store area.</li><li>Safeguard company assets and tools.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred).</li><li>At least 2 years of experience as Store In-Charge / Storekeeper (preferably in signage, printing, manufacturing, or advertising industry).</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management &amp; stock control.</li><li>Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Honest, reliable, and well-organized.</li></ul>Preferred (Added Advantage)<ul><li>Experience in signage materials or printing industry.</li><li>Understanding of basic procurement</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Monday to Saturday</li><li>9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Duties and Responsibilities &middot; Designing, modifying, and improvising graphic content and infographics&middot; To conceptualize and design web/print-ready graphics for printing material.&middot; To be fully responsible for the layout, visual appearance, colors and usability of designs.&middot; Ensuring brand consistency throughout various projects assigned.&middot; Keeping up to date with industry developments.&middot; As a designer &amp; composer, the person will be responsible for designing logos, web images thumbnails, banners, and flexing for upcoming designs.&middot; Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.Qualifications &amp; Skills for Composer&middot; 2-3 years of experience working as a composer with proven skills.&middot; Extensive experience and command with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design &amp; coral draw.&middot; 1&ndash;2-year Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from an accredited institution preferred.&middot; Perform tracing, redrawing, and remaking of existing designs to meet production and client requirements.&middot; Convert files accurately from PNG to TIF and other required formats while maintaining quality and specifications.&middot; Prepare and finalize print-ready files, ensuring correct resolution, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), sizing, bleed, and margins.&middot; Ensure designs comply with printing standards and production guidelines for various printing methods.&middot; Act as a backup resource for the Senior Composer during high workload periods or absence.&middot; Maintain organized design files and follow internal naming and version control standards.&middot; Coordinate with sales, customer support, and production teams to resolve design-related issues.&middot; Meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.&middot; Active &amp; efficient worker who can work under pressure.&middot; Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and internal clients Desire to work in a collaborative environment.Other Details&middot; Any gender can apply&middot; Location Islamabad&middot; Status &ndash; Full time (office based)&middot; Timings &ndash; 3am to 11am / 4am to 12pm (Mon &ndash; Fri)&middot; Hiring resources &ndash; 1Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
