We are seeking a full-time <b>Senior Project Manager IT</b> at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of web-based applications and platform solutions used by globally distributed teams. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Architecture to drive predictable delivery across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in Agile environments, managing cross-team dependencies, and communicating clearly with both technical and business audiences</div>
Responsibilities:

Essential Functions</b></div><br>

Develop and maintain integrated project plans that coordinate work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and global locations</li><li>
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and Architecture to plan, sequence, and deliver web application features and platform capabilities</li><li>
Facilitate Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid), adapting approaches to meet team and product needs</li><li>
Manage delivery across iterative releases, balancing scope, quality, risk, and timeline</li><li>
Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and constraints; drive mitigation plans and decision-making</li><li>
Coordinate work across globally distributed teams, accounting for time zones, regional considerations, and cultural differences</li><li>
Establish clear communication cadences, artifacts, and dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment</li><li>
Provide concise, outcome-focused project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership</li><li>
Translate technical delivery details into business-relevant impacts and tradeoffs</li><li>
Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of project documentation, plans, and delivery artifacts</li><li>
Drive accountability across project teams without direct authority and resolve issues and conflicts as they arise</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Basic Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field <b>AND</b> a minimum of 5 years relevant experience</li><li>
Demonstrated mastery of project management principles with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments</li><li>
Proven track record of successfully delivering web-based or technology solutions</li><li>
Experience working with Agile delivery teams and modern SDLC practices</li><li>
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>
Strong time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Qualifications</b></div><br>

Experience delivering web applications, APIs, or platform services</li><li>
Experience supporting globally distributed or remote development teams</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban</li><li>
Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams or components</li><li>
Familiarity with modern delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)</li><li>
Understanding of cloud-based or SaaS application environments (conceptual knowledge)</li><li>
Project management or Agile certification (PMP, CSM, or similar)</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

Senior Project Manager IT

We are seeking a full-time <b>Aviation Program Specialist </b>in our Scottsdale, AZ location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical customer service/support related to transport category aircraft performance and weight &amp; balance activities including supporting customer aircraft configurations, aircraft performance questions, change requests, and aircraft weight &amp; balances changes.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Essential Functions</b></div><ul><li>
Escalates customer needs as required, directing inquiries to proper departments</li><li>
Supports as first-level customer contact, receiving/answering basic questions, inquiries and requests pertaining to Garmin&rsquo;s aircraft performance products</li><li>
Ability to learn/apply program management skills on programs and projects to ensure communications, scope, effort, milestones/schedule, risk management, and strategy are aligned with Garmin&rsquo;s initiatives, business model, and customer relationships</li><li>
Resolves, tracks and/or routes customer issues or requests</li><li>
Assists with providing technical support for Garmin aircraft performance and/or load planning products</li><li>
Supports testing and deployment of Garmin products and solutions</li><li>
May contribute to technical writing and publication of aircraft performance data materials</li><li>
May contribute to development of customer training materials</li><li>
Supports project management functions</li><li>
Investigates/determines root cause of operational events and failures with guidance</li><li>
Identifies issues with aircraft performance and/or load planning and support development of corrective actions with guidance</li><li>
May assist in coordinating internal resources to support customer needs for respective deliverables</li><li>
Coordinates recurring meetings with customer, documents, and maintains related documentation in an organized manner</li><li>
Assists with creation of status information to inform internal stakeholders of relevant program progress and issues</li><li>
Supports analyzing program requirements and works with internal stakeholders to establish effort estimates</li><li>
Communicates status of work clearly providing visibility to supervisor or mentor</li><li>
Works collaboratively/professionally in a team environment with other Garmin associates to achieve goals</li><li>
Applies Garmin&rsquo;s Mission, Vision, Values and Quality Policy and enthusiastically exhibits a desire to see Garmin succeed</li><li>
Performs on-call duty and after hours on-call coverage may be required</li><li>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Basic Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Aerospace, Business or related field <b>OR</b> an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule) with the demonstrated ability to apply learned knowledge</li><li>
Operational knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) governing aircraft operations with 14 CFR Part 121 or Part 135 experience preferred</li><li>
Must demonstrate the capability to perform basic troubleshooting &amp; debugging</li><li>
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Private Pilot&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Previous work experience in Airline or Charter Operations, Air Traffic Control, Flight Dispatching, Flight Operations, or Aviation Program/Project Management</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
