Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general labor in outdoor settings. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our clients' Cape Cod properties.Duties<ul><li>Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing.</li><li>Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and planting.</li><li>Assist with groundskeeping duties such as litter removal and cleanup.</li><li>Install and maintain landscape features like flower beds, lawns, and hedges.</li><li>Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways and retaining walls.</li><li>Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.</li><li>Perform tree trimming and removal as needed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety protocols at all times.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Must have valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience with tree trimming and tree care is preferred.</li><li>Ability to drive heavy dump trucks and tow trailers of various sizes loaded with equipment</li><li>Ability to dig, build, and maintain various landscape features effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power equipment.</li><li>Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team while following instructions.</li></ul>** Flexible schedule and great opportunity for someone looking to work full time or part time.
