<div>Primary Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Own supplier relationship management on the designated scope:
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage performance for assigned suppliers with monthly metrics review;
</li></ul></div><ul><li>Conduct supplier performance reviews and foster improvement of suppliers' performance;
</li><li>Deploy supplier development projects with the support of SQ&amp;D;
</li><li>Support of operational issues with impacted GBE (according to escalation process);
</li><li>Manage designated suppliers' contract, accountable for compliance (T&amp;C / Consignment Stock / PT / AWL / LTA / NDA etc.);
</li></ul><div><ul><li>Contribute to AOP &amp; STRAP objectives achievement for the designated scope:
</li></ul></div><ul><li>Own, generate opportunity, lead execution and follow-up on productivity action plans (Negotiation, VE, Resourcing&hellip;) for supplier or commodity group assigned;
</li><li>Secure accurate data to support Panel definition and drive panel action execution to achieve strategic target for the commodity (incl. Matex STRAP targets);
</li><li>Partner with GBE Buyers to deploy corrective action plans;
</li><li>Conduct negotiations with assigned suppliers and change price accordingly in due time;
</li><li>Optimize cash, payment terms and consignment stock Contractual obligations, secure planning, and execution of Capex;
</li></ul>Contribute to panels strategy deployment on the designated scope under the supervision of the Commodity; Manager
<ul><li>Support Commodity strategy deployment on assigned scope;
</li><li>Contribute to collect GBE operational &amp; strategic requirements (project &amp; production);
</li><li>Support suppliers panel intelligence (technology and market changes);
</li><li>Lead new supplier integration process in the Panel: perform supplier prospection, supplier assessments (CSA), supplier development;
</li><li>Consider GBE current and future needs as inputs for panel deployment in due time to support the business;
</li><li>Partner with GBE Buyer for commodity business award;
</li></ul><div><ul><li>Be the Key Supplier Contact (KSC) for all suppliers delivering under the Buyer panel as nominated by the Commodity Director; 
</li></ul><ul><li>Qualifications Required:

Responsible for maintaining Maintenance metrics in his area in line with AOP. Equipment availability, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Cost and Kaizen in line with AOP. Learning, Training and development on new technologies, look constantly for new technology upgrades which can improve performance of the function. Also, to drive GEM, HSE and Quality systems and processes in the team.

Responsible to maintain and overdrive Equipment Availability, MTBF &amp; MTTR, RTY, OEE as per AOP.
# Strong mechanical hold on fully automated assembly lines, Grinding, laser welding, Electron beam weld, CNC turning, VMC, Robotics, balancing machines, is must.
# CNC knowhow, part programming, parameter tuning.
# In depth Knowledge of Grinding process, welding process and Balancing Technologies.
# Hands on Maintenance experience and trouble shooting skills on hydraulics, pneumatics, electricals, PLC, toolings
# Responsible to drive RCA for repeat issues and major issues impacting deliverables with ICA and PCA
# As a leader provides support team by training, coaching and mentoring.
# Responsible for day to Critical breakdown issue resolution. &quot;
