 Job Summary
 The Ramp Supervisor will be leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of ground, line, and cabin service personnel and the timely delivery of all services for airlines as contracted. The Ramp supervisor will take accountability for safety, operation standards, policy implementation, client relations, and financial performance for the ramp operations.
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Establishing shift assignments for both fulltime and part-time employees;</li>
<li>Monitoring and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all airline ground support equipment</li>
<li>Reporting discrepancies that may exist both functional and mechanical on the ground support equipment;</li>
<li>Coordinating between each assigned carrier to ensure that service for cargo and baggage meets the needs of the carrier to ensure on-time schedules are met</li>
<li>Responsible for equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operating status;</li>
<li>Conferring with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with other departments;</li>
<li>Determining manpower requirements; ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner;</li>
<li>Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.</li>
<li>Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints</li>
<li>Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights</li>
<li>Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags</li>
<li>Follows and complies with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations</li>
<li>Ensure crews are being briefed before flights on positions to take and how flight will work</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must possess computer experience (6+ months) and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to navigate electronic devices (computers, fax machines, printers, timeclock, etc).</li>
<li>A proven track record in supervising a business unit.</li>
<li>Experience in operational planning and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of commercial issues in aviation.</li>
<li>Must have a High School diploma, GED</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Capable of processing information in a timely manner</li>
<li>Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License</li>
<li>Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy</li>

Airport Ramp Supervisor

The vendor behind the counter positions encompasses transporting checked baggage to specified areas of the airport, lifting checked baggage on and off carts, containers, and conveyances. Transport checked baggage from designated x-ray/screening devices or hand search areas to the baggage conveyor belts. Load baggage as needed into tubs on a baggage conveyor belt. Transport oversize baggage and/or live animals from the baggage check-in area to the baggage room. Ensure and maintain a supply of baggage tubs for the conveyor belts at all times. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk continuously for 8 - 10 hours without sitting for long periods of time, use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; converse and hear. Must be able to work in tight places. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. and push luggage carts. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Summary: 
Operations Manager Positions have the responsibility for establishing safety policies, procedures and working conditions that affect the employee on the job. Responsible for immediate work environment as well as the actions of all persons who report to them. Must communicate all safety policies and procedures within their operation. Direct and coordinate activities to provide a safe environment for employees while maintaining fast and efficient services. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. The operations manager must consistently display a professional and positive image.
 Job Duties
 <ul>
<li>Operations Managers must be able to conduct monthly safety meetings for all employees (without exception).</li>
<li>Must be able to conduct flight audits, station audits and "at risk" behavior audits.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly company safety conference calls.</li>
<li>Able to communicate and instill safety awareness in all employees including new hires. Work in conjunction with Customer to determine manpower requirements for group movements, peak travel holidays, out of scope and flight schedule changes.</li>
<li>Oversee recruiting and placement efforts to ensure staffing levels meet requirements and exercise best possible effort to follow any instructions provided by Customer or their designee regarding standards, procedures and practices.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies including FAA, OSHA, EPA, US Dept. of Labor and EEOC.</li>
<li>Investigate, report and implement corrective action for any incident of aircraft damage or employee injury and conduct/participate in employee coaching and counseling as necessary.</li>
<li>Oversee any disciplinary action resulting or potentially leading to termination in order to ensure proper documentation and consistent application of policies.</li>
<li>Coordinate purchases for operational necessities and ensure adequate supplies are available to meet customer standards.</li>
<li>Review final payroll and daily hours to ensure salaries and wages remain within budgetary restraints.</li>
<li>Monitor impact of operational irregularities on such costs and ensure out of scope is documented and approved accordingly.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly Lead/Supervisor meetings, daily briefings with GSE mechanic for equipment updates and timely repair, participate in employee shift briefings and customer shift briefings or team meetings as required.</li>
<li>Observe and ensure full compliance of uniform and appearance guidelines and inspect facility daily including supply rooms, storage rooms, storage, break rooms and office areas.</li>
<li>Review all daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to ensure proper dissemination, including but not limited to, shift reports, disciplinary actions, incident reports, safety meeting minutes, monthly summary report, pay change notices, employee evaluations, work orders, or any other local reporting medium.</li>
<li>Investigate all service failures including chargeable delays, baggage/cargo/mail mishandling.</li>
<li>Administer station operational plans such as deicing, FOD, safety, winter operation and baggage plans.</li>
<li>Complete personnel evaluations on supervisors, administrative assistants and GSE mechanics. Liaise with all customer service, airport, USPS and our customer.</li>
<li>Respond to and/or investigate concerns reported by customer's supervisory personnel.</li>
<li>Perform routine visits to the various authorities to discuss issues and concerns. Attend all local airport tenant, security and safety meetings.</li>

Requirements

As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of customer baggage, operating ground service equipment, and coordinating the servicing of arriving and departing aircraft. Key Responsibilities:

 Job Summary: Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising all functions of the airline customer service operations, which include, but are not limited to: auditing flight paperwork to ensure compliance, complete personnel evaluations on leads and trainers. Coordinates proper handling of OJI's including the acquisition of medical attention and corporate reporting. Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures and working conditions for the entire operation. Attend safety meetings, team meetings, etc., and other airport forums. Handle all location personnel functions, ensuring proper personnel coverage on a daily basis. Serve as the liaison with airline customers as well as local airport authorities.
