 Job Summary: Report directly to the General Manager. The primary day to day purpose and focus of this position is largely dictated on the immediate needs of the company.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Staffing: Work with the General Manager and HR to ensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize hourly turnover.</li>
<li>Source, screen and interview applicants using the competency-based interview guidelines found in hiring a guide and through the interview process</li>
<li>Review and maintain an applicant tracking system</li>
<li>Assist management team with maintaining staffing</li>
<li>Conduct on-board orientation of new team members. Ensure use, execution, maintenance and administration of the on-boarding process.</li>
<li>Investigate the applicability of out-of-scope. Secure customer's approval on the Daily Out of Scope form</li>
<li>Daily timekeeping monitoring; identifies and resolves exceptions and obtains appropriate approvals prior to closing payroll for the pay period to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Publish and post memos as requested by management. Maintain a “Read and Initial” communication system and ensure all employees periodically review.</li>
<li>Ensure corporate reports are forwarded to Corporate Headquarters, such as payroll change notices, profile changes</li>
<li>Assist management with recruiting efforts, which includes coordinating advertising mediums, scheduling and/or conducting interviews, processing new hires, and scheduling classes for training and SIDA training, coordinating drug testing and background clearance</li>
<li>Ensure OJI's are properly documented and sent to Corporate Headquarters</li>
<li>Assist with purchasing as directed by management. Ensure purchase orders and/or approvals are obtained as required</li>
<li>Adheres to company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

Requirements:

<li>Must have a High School diploma, GED</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English</li>
<li>Advanced Excellent computer skill</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>
<li>Previous Administrative and payroll experience preferred</li>
<li>Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment</li>
<li>Must clear an FBI fingerprint background check and obtain a custom seal</li>

 Job Summary
 The Ramp Supervisor will be leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of ground, line, and cabin service personnel and the timely delivery of all services for airlines as contracted. The Ramp supervisor will take accountability for safety, operation standards, policy implementation, client relations, and financial performance for the ramp operations.
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Establishing shift assignments for both fulltime and part-time employees;</li>
<li>Monitoring and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all airline ground support equipment</li>
<li>Reporting discrepancies that may exist both functional and mechanical on the ground support equipment;</li>
<li>Coordinating between each assigned carrier to ensure that service for cargo and baggage meets the needs of the carrier to ensure on-time schedules are met</li>
<li>Responsible for equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operating status;</li>
<li>Conferring with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with other departments;</li>
<li>Determining manpower requirements; ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner;</li>
<li>Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.</li>
<li>Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints</li>
<li>Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights</li>
<li>Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags</li>
<li>Follows and complies with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations</li>
<li>Ensure crews are being briefed before flights on positions to take and how flight will work</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must possess computer experience (6+ months) and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to navigate electronic devices (computers, fax machines, printers, timeclock, etc).</li>
<li>A proven track record in supervising a business unit.</li>
<li>Experience in operational planning and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues.</li>
<li>Experience and understanding of commercial issues in aviation.</li>
<li>Must have a High School diploma, GED</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Capable of processing information in a timely manner</li>
<li>Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License</li>

Airport Ramp Supervisor

Job Summary
 
Ramp agents are responsible for loading and unloading aircraft baggage, guiding planes to and from their gates, operating baggage carts, de-icing planes and performing other airplane servicing duties. <li>Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain safe working conditions for yourself and others</li>
<li>Communicate with managers and lead agents to manage daily schedules</li>

Requirements

<li>Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces</li>

Airport Ramp Agent

Job Summary
 As a customer service agent you are the first impression of a passengers airport experience. Customer Service positions encompass checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient use of a computer is needed as well as EXCELLENT customer assistance to passengers. This position requires working in a fast paced environment with time constraints to meet published departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Able to greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner over the phone and in person.</li>
<li>Must be able to announce both incoming and outbound flights.</li>

<li>Agents are also required to operate jetways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.</li>
<li>Use airline computer systems to provide flight arrival and departure information, ticketing and flight boarding documents, lost or damaged baggage documentation, and cargo tracking information.</li>
<li>Able to stand and work in one location for up to four hours at a time.</li>
<li>You may be responsible for escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.</li>
<li>Work independently without direct supervision.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
