<p>
Gateley Legal Dubai is seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer to support their Corporate team with government and regulatory interactions across the UAE and MENA region. This full-time role involves liaising with various government bodies to facilitate company formation, visa processing, document notarisation, and compliance management, ensuring smooth client service delivery.</p>

Our Dubai office, located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is home to a well-established and high-performing corporate team. Led by Darren Harris, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate, the team brings deep regional expertise across M&amp;A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate law. Darren is joined by Nora Al Muhamad, a partner with the corporate team with extensive experience on corporate restructuring. Nora also focuses on private clients and family-owned businesses in relation to succession planning, governance across sectors including education, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, retail and consumer. The wider team includes legal directors, together they have built a strong reputation for delivering strategic legal advice to clients across the Middle East and work closely with our Dubai-based partners and the wider Corporate Platform under the leadership of UK-based Beth Mather.</p>

The </b><b><i>person</i></b></p>
<p>
The role will involve working on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions (acting for sellers and buyers) and on shares and business transactions. Our successful candidate will have NQ-3 years PQE and be a very personable, bright and confident individual. They will be a robust individual and will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level.</p>

<ul> <li>Proven experience in a PRO or government liaison role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
</li> <li>Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, particularly in Dubai.

</li> <li>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently. Good IT skills</li>

The successful candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be advantageous) and have experience in document production using bring strong experience in company services and document production, ideally within a legal or corporate setting.

<div> <ul><li>Proven experience in producing and amending corporate documents and presentations using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.</li>
<li> Lead end to end document production workflows for technical, marketing, legal and regulatory documents</li>
<li> Familiarity with company services processes, including document preparation.</li>
<li> Strong administrative skills and a willingness to support wider team needs, including proposals, mark-ups and non-chargeable document production.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li> A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.</li>
