Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Responsible for planning, follow-up and development of the sales actions and activities to existing and prospective customers in the designed area of responsibility: Turkey</li>
<li>Responsible for the achievement of sales goals and assuring market penetration for Gates Power Transmission Products</li>
<li>Manages account receivables and improve cash collection process with customers</li>
<li>Responsible for all aspects of jobbers and distributor follow-up and for all administrative related activities.</li>
<li>Must have a good knowledge of market and competition.</li>
<li>Understand and analyze the customer needs, increase the market share with new product development strategies and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities</li>
<li>Builds specific market opportunities and penetration knowledge through business contacts.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining good commercial relations with Gates customers/prospects and providing them all commercial information to help them in order to achieve sales budgets.</li>
