Expected Outcomes and Requirements:
Gateway Fiber is hiring a Marketing Manager to enhance, expand, and solidify Gateway&rsquo;s brand across our growing customer base and support our operational goals. The Marketing Manager is expected to contribute to strengthen brand presence, support organizational goals, and promote the company&rsquo;s products or services in the following ways:
<ul><li>Collaborate and support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.</li><li>
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to promote the organization and its products or services.</li><li>
Lead overall execution and project management of marketing campaign schedules, working across the organization to accelerate GTM execution and reach acquisition targets.</li><li>
Partner with performance and lifecycle marketing to define, build, maintain PESO channels (paid, earned, shared, owned), segmentation, and customer journeys.</li><li>
Oversees paid digital &amp; traditional media, including SEM, SEO, OOH, direct mail, and web development agency partners.</li><li>
Leverage data-driven analytics to track KPI's, generate insights, and make recommendations for new campaign optimization.</li><li>
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs by tracking performance metrics and evaluating ROI.</li><li>
Manage and guide marketing team members, providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance feedback.</li><li>
Ensure alignment with organizational policies, brand guidelines, and overall strategic direction.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.

What you&rsquo;ll bring to the table:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution.</li><li>
Experience supervising or managing team members.</li><li>
Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and best practices.</li><li>
Strong leadership and management capabilities.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>
Project management expertise with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Strategic thinking paired with creative problem-solving.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships.</li><li>
