Job OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a highly capable Website Designer / Developer with 3&ndash;6 years of professional experience to join our small creative team. This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of design, UX, and front-end development&mdash;a builder who can think strategically, design thoughtfully, and execute efficiently.You&rsquo;ll work across multiple client accounts, primarily in Webflow, owning projects from early UX thinking and design direction through full build, launch, and ongoing optimization. Because we&rsquo;re a lean team, this role goes beyond &ldquo;development&rdquo; or &ldquo;design&rdquo; alone&mdash;you&rsquo;ll help shape how we manage websites, workflows, and platforms across clients.Our ideal candidate is a designer at heart, technically fluent, highly organized, and excited by variety. Bonus points if you enjoy jumping into branding or visual design work when web work slows.What You'll Do<ul><li>Design and build websites primarily in Webflow, including both design-led builds and technically complex implementations.</li><li>Own projects end-to-end: UX thinking &rarr; wireframes/mockups &rarr; full build &rarr; launch.</li><li>Translate high-level creative direction into structured, scalable website systems.</li><li>Manage multiple client websites efficiently, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, CMS structures, and long-term maintainability.</li><li>Handle technical launch tasks including DNS, hosting, redirects, and domain transfers.</li><li>Implement and maintain forms, integrations, and automations (CRM, analytics, marketing tools, third-party services).</li><li>Collaborate directly with the Creative Director and clients on site architecture, content strategy, and UX decisions.</li><li>Ensure all sites are responsive, performant, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.</li><li>Create clean, reusable styles, components, and CMS structures that scale across clients.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, QA builds, and provide ongoing client support and documentation.</li><li>When bandwidth allows, assist with branding, visual design, or UX exploration across other client initiatives.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Strong experience building complex, scalable websites with structured CMS content in Webflow (required).</li><li>Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (you don&rsquo;t need to be a backend engineer, but you understand what&rsquo;s happening under the hood).</li><li>Demonstrated UX sensibility&mdash;you understand hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and how users actually move through a site.</li><li>Comfortable moving between design tools (Figma, etc.) and live builds.</li><li>Experience managing multiple client websites or projects simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with CMS strategy, structured content, and scalable site architecture.</li><li>Experience with integrations (CRMs, forms, analytics, marketing tools).</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset.</li><li>A portfolio of recent work is required (live sites and/or case studies preferred)</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.</li><li>Branding and visual design experience, including the ability to contribute to brand systems, layouts, and visual assets across client engagements.</li><li>Familiarity with Git or version control concepts.</li><li>Interest in improving internal systems, templates, or processes.</li></ul>Why This Role is Different<ul><li>You won&rsquo;t be siloed.
