Job Description: Marketing Executive / Manager &ndash; Real EstateAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and creative marketing professional to lead our marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales conversions through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and offline activations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.</li><li>Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and demand generation campaigns to drive inquiries for residential and commercial projects.</li><li>Design and run teaser campaigns for WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS to build anticipation and engagement.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Communication<ul><li>Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, videos, presentations, and project websites.</li><li>Draft compelling content for social media, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Manage brand positioning, project launches, and event promotions.</li></ul>Digital Marketing<ul><li>Drive SEO/SEM, social media presence, and performance marketing campaigns.</li><li>Track KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per site visit (CPSV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).</li><li>Manage CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Oversee website designing and updates on WordPress and PHP platforms.</li><li>Design visuals, banners, and creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads; handle basic photo editing and video editing for campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and real estate lead generation.</li><li>Proven experience in Google PPC, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and demand generation campaigns.</li><li>Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP-based website updates, and design tools for photo/video editing.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and content creation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, CRM software, and MS Office.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with luxury real estate campaigns and RERA-compliant advertising.</li><li>Knowledge of local real estate market and broker network.</li><li>Strong creative eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
