 Develop and implement legal strategies

 Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contracts, and applicable laws

 Manage legal proceedings, disputes, and corporate governance matters

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

 Preferred 8+ years of experience in similar field.
