You&rsquo;ll work directly with our production team to translate high-accuracy measurements and 3D/2D models into precise, production-ready layouts&mdash;while also contributing creative, high-quality artwork for marine flooring designs.What We're Looking ForRequired Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graphic Design Experience (3+ years preferred)</li></ul>Strong design background, ideally in a sign shop or production-based environment.<ul><li>Creative Art Design Ability</li></ul>Capable of creating complex, high-impact artwork for marine flooring with minimal direction. Must be comfortable taking conceptual ideas and turning them into polished, production-ready designs.<ul><li>CAD / 2D / 3D Modeling Skills</li></ul>Familiarity with CAD-based modeling (2D + 3D). You will be trained in marine floor mapping using CAD-driven photogrammetry software, so a strong interest in learning this process is essential.<ul><li>Vector Software Proficiency</li></ul>Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and CAD platforms.<ul><li>Measurement Accuracy</li></ul>Comfortable working with fractional measurements, templates, and technical specification details.<ul><li>Adaptability &amp; Curiosity</li></ul>Excited to learn new software platforms and evolving workflow processes.<ul><li>Detail-Oriented Mindset</li></ul>Precision and consistency are critical, especially when working on repetitive or technical tasks.<ul><li>Technical Aptitude</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll be trained on a 2D rendering and mapping platform&mdash;basic technical ability and willingness to learn are key.Physical Requirements<ul><li>Must be comfortable performing hands-on production tasks, including entering boats to test pattern fits and layouts.</li></ul>Why Join GatorStep?At GatorStep, we take pride in maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment where every member contributes to our success.
