Job Title: AccountantLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience : 2-4 years Job Type: Full-Time Salary : 4,000- 5,000 AEDDuties and Responsibilities :Financial management: <ul><li>Managing day-to-day transactions of receivables department</li><li>Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies</li><li>Manage Weekly / Monthly activities of the department</li></ul>Reporting<ul><li>Reporting on all receivables daily/weekly/monthly reports accurately &amp; timely manner.</li><li>Manage all customer / salesman related issues</li><li>Scrutinize Customer ledgers on frequent intervals.</li></ul>Record management: <ul><li>Updating of trackers and reconciliations of accounts on regular basis</li><li>Maintaining all documents</li><li>Assist in Adhoc activities &amp; reports as and when required</li><li>Maintaining all Customer related documents as per compliance requirement.</li></ul>Knowledge and Qualifications : <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting</li><li>Strong Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping knowledge</li><li>Be able to work independently and use their own initiative to learn</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Excel</li><li>Tally 9.0 and Advanced Excel</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
