Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses, providing excellent customer service to prospective buyers and tenants. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with real estate law and fair housing regulations. Support negotiations between buyers and sellers by preparing documentation and facilitating communication. Conduct market research to aid in pricing strategies and marketing campaigns. Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills. Assist with property management duties including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.Skills Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to foster positive relationships. Proficiency in marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various channels. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse client bases with clarity and confidence. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Knowledge of sales techniques within the real estate industry to support closing deals efficiently. Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance during all transactions. Familiarity with property management processes, real estate law, and administrative procedures related to real estate operations. Outstanding organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is highly desirable for success in this role.
