Scope of Work Performs welding for installations, alterations, relocations and assembly of structured steel, fabricated steel assembly as well as modifications as required for welding installations.
 Responsibilities Performs all mechanical tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to read and accurately interpret drawings, installation of equipment, supports, piping, assembly, and alignment of equipment. Must keep all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion, maintain a clean work area at all times, demonstrate safe work habits and exhibit proper care of tools and equipment.
 Position Requirements Uses Gaylor Performance Values as tools to carry out all job responsibilities. Reports to assigned job site location on time, as directed. Understands and complies with Company/job safety requirements (OSHA). Understands and follows federal, state, and local codes. Maintains and properly stores tools, materials, and equipment. Takes pride in craftsmanship. Has ability to visualize completed work prior to installation/repair. Has ability to plan, schedule, and organize tasks in an efficient manner in order to meet deadlines. Demonstrates proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials. Leads or assists in all types of welding installations (i.e. preparations, relocation, disassembly/ assembly, alignment, maintenance, piping, etc.). Has ability and skill to fabricate field modifications (i.e. welding, brackets, supports, piping, tubing, fastening, guards, safety railings, etc.). Has ability and skill to install and perform required equipment/welding modifications. Organizes materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work area. Has ability to accurately interpret mechanical, equipment/piping drawings. Has ability and skill to properly level, plumb, align equipment and machinery. Possesses installation knowledge of equipment foundations. Has experience in fluid/gas transfer. Ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and use mechanical formulas accurately. Performs work at various heights, up to 90 feet, from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, roofs, or other designated safe work areas. Works in restrictive/tight areas (i.e. mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, utility tunnels, etc.). Ability to dig trenches; either by use of hand tools or equipment. Reads and understands labels, job site maps/directions, instruction manuals, and written instructions accurately. Possesses knowledge of and ability to properly give “hand signals” to operators. Possesses knowledge of piping layout, fitting, and assembly. Has ability and skill to direct/train helpers and apprentices in proper work practices in order to meet production requirements. Maintains personal hand tools per Company policy. Possesses technical knowledge, safety knowledge, and ability to work with live/energized parts.
 Working Conditions May require working in all weather elements (heat, cold, rain, snow) depending on job location and/or time of year. Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities. Must have required hand tools at all times while at work site (waist tool belts can weigh up to 30 lbs.). Must be able to work from all ladder types (i.e. step ladders up to 14', "A" frame ladders, and all size extension ladders). Must be able to independently carry and relocate 12' stepladder. (Note: The combination of the employee’s personal weight plus the weight of the employee’s personal tools cannot exceed weight limits of ladder; class 1 - 250 lbs., class 1A - 300 lbs.) Must wear personnel protective equipment as required (i.e. hard hat, safety glasses, safety harness, and respirator as required). Must be able to work scheduled hours as well as overtime, as required, on short notice. Must work well with others as a member of a team to complete tasks. Ability to work in noisy environments. Ability to remain calm in times of heightened emotional situations.
 Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead. Ability to independently lift work loads of 51 lbs. Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Ability to climb ladders of all types. Possess good vision/hearing (normal or corrected). Ability to make transition from designated employee parking areas to construction areas and be able to gain access to all levels of building/structure, even if only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction, but deemed safe for use. Ability to work while constantly moving. Ability to reach and stretch to position equipment, materials, etc. while maintaining balance. Ability to use both hands simultaneously for tying knots and for proper use of power equipment.
 License Requirements: Welding Certification as required for the duties of this position.
 Education: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
 Experience: Mechanical/equipment knowledge, five years welding experience.

 RESPONSABILIDADES
 Se presenta en la ubicación del sitio de trabajo asignado a tiempo, según se le indique
 Mantiene y almacena correctamente herramientas, materiales y equipos
 Organiza materiales y herramientas para mantener un área de trabajo limpia y ordenada
 Posee la capacidad de cavar zanjas, ya sea usando herramientas manuales o equipo, según sea necesario
 Monta e instala el hardware asignado (como tubería, cables y sujeciones) según se le indique
 Identifica con precisión los colores de cables y conductores
 Realiza de manera segura las tareas asignadas bajo la supervisión directa de un electricista asignado
 CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO
 Puede requerirse trabajar en todos los elementos (calor, frío, lluvia, nieve, etc.) dependiendo de la ubicación del trabajo y/o la época del año
 Debe poder utilizar las instalaciones sanitarias de obra (port o lets)
 Debe tener las herramientas manuales requeridas en todo momento mientras esté en el sitio de trabajo (los cinturones de herramientas pueden pesar hasta 30 lb.)
 Debe poder trabajar las horas programadas y horas extra, según se requiera, con poco aviso
 Debe poder trabajar en ambientes ruidosos

Scope of Work: 
Accountable for the accurate preparation, analysis, and administration of cost plus billings, job cost accounting, and related financial transactions. This role operates within delegated authority across general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and job cost functions. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of cost accumulation, validating supporting documentation, preparing cost plus invoices, and reconciling financial records to support timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Company policies, procedures, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
 
Maintains the confidentiality of corporate records and protects the corporate assets, employee records, and any other written manuals, procedures, or computer information deemed to be Company property. Position reports to the Director of Accounting.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Prepares cost plus billings in accordance with contract terms, including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor costs, and allowable overhead or fee components.</li>
<li>Reviews job cost transactions for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with contract requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures all supporting documentation (timesheets, invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor pay apps, equipment logs, etc.) is complete, accurate, and properly approved prior to billing.</li>
<li>Reconciles job cost reports to the general ledger and investigates discrepancies.</li>
<li>Tracks unbilled costs, open commitments, and pending change orders to ensure timely and complete billing.</li>
<li>Coordinates with Project Managers and Operations to validate cost data, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project progress and contractual billing schedules.</li>
<li>Monitors cost plus contract ceilings, allowable cost categories, and fee calculations to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Maintains detailed billing files for audit readiness, including government or third party audits.</li>
<li>Prepares monthly cost plus billing summaries and contributes to cash flow forecasting related to cost plus projects.</li>
<li>Requires flexibility to adjust responsibilities as needed.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.</li>
<li>Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).</li>
<li>Familiarity with various computerized accounting packages.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with internal and external payroll processing as well as knowledge of payroll tax regulations.</li>
