<p>
The Patient Care Technician (PCT/CNA) performs a variety of patient care activities at Gaylord hospital. Working under the direction the RN, the PCT&rsquo;s have valuable exposure to a wide variety of patient populations and skills while working in a warm and friendly atmosphere with supportive, interdisciplinary teams. With an average patient length of stay 25-30 days, the PCT is able to develop strong relationships and play a key role in the recovery of our patients.</p>
<p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>H.S. Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>CNA, CPCT, CEMT, CMA or RMA required or equivalent Training Program</li>
<li>Patient care experience preferred</li>
<li>American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) CPR Certification required prior to hire</li></ul><br>

</ul>
<p><b><i>Lyman 2 &amp; Hooker 2: Specialty Units are CARF Accredited with a focused patient population:</i></b></p>

<li>Traumatic Brain Injury</li>
<li>Stroke</li>
