Typically, these works include;<ul><li>Responsive repairs, empty property maintenance and Upgrade works to domestic properties.</li><li>Individual refurbishment and development projects to public, private and community buildings.</li><li>Home improvements including disabled adaptations.</li><li>Facility management services.</li></ul>We seek experienced individuals who can evidence a desire for continuous personal development in all aspects of their work, while embracing the company's appetite for commercial growth.We can now offer the opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our expanding team, based in Telford.Ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Proven experience of undertaking various plumbing tasks and other associated works.</li><li>Proven experience of fitting new bathrooms / making alternations to existing bathrooms.</li><li>The minimal level of qualifications and education to support all works reasonably expected to be completed by the post holder (Job description available on request).</li><li>Excellent Communication skills</li><li>Ability to use own Initiative</li><li>Enthusiastic and positive outlook</li></ul>Driving licence required.CSCS card not necessary.Package:<ul><li>A Company van, fuel card, purchasing cards, power tools, phone and uniform will be provided.</li><li>42.5 hours a week.</li><li>Salary: &pound;35,000 per annum</li><li>25 days&rsquo; holiday + 8 bank holidays.</li><li>Company pension.</li><li>Life insurance - 2x basic annual salary.</li><li>Enhance sick pay scheme.</li><li>Access to Legal &amp; General's Employee wellbeing programme.</li></ul>Our candidate privacy notice is available on our website - www.gbhereford.co.ukGB group is committed to equality and diversity in our workplace.
