We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage front-office operations, documentation, communication, and coordination within the school. The ideal candidate should be efficient, reliable, and capable of handling daily school operations professionally while maintaining a positive environment for parents, staff, and students.Key Responsibilities Front Office &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, enquiries, and communication channels professionally.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs, student records, and office filing systems.</li><li>Prepare circulars, notices, letters, and official announcements.</li></ul>Student &amp; Admission Support<ul><li>Assist with admission enquiries, application forms, and documentation.</li><li>Maintain student database, certificates, and government-related school activities.</li><li>Support fee-related enquiries and coordinate with the Accounts department.</li></ul>Administrative Operations<ul><li>Manage daily office tasks, filing, data entry, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate smoothly with teachers, departments, and school management.</li><li>Maintain movement registers, attendance records, and staff documentation.</li><li>Monitor stationery, office supplies, and administrative resources.</li></ul>CBSE Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist in maintaining documents required for CBSE compliance, audits, and inspections.</li><li>Prepare staff files, student files, meeting minutes, and academic/administrative reports.</li><li>Support SQAAF (SQAA Framework) documentation and evidence collection.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and safe storage of all official documents.</li></ul>Event &amp; Meeting Coordination<ul><li>Assist in planning school events, celebrations, and ceremonies.</li><li>Arrange logistics for PTMs, orientation programs, and staff meetings.</li><li>Prepare event materials, schedules, invitations, and follow-up communication.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Public Relations<ul><li>Provide timely updates to parents through official channels (WhatsApp/Teams/Email).</li><li>Maintain a courteous and professional environment at the front office.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any field (Admin/Office Management preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in school office administration (CBSE experience preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written &amp; verbal).</li><li>Strong computer skills: MS Office 365, Google Workspace, basic ERP entries.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under pressure.</li><li>Professional behaviour, confidentiality, and positive attitude.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with school ERP systems.</li><li>Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Good coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Ability to handle parents and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
