We&rsquo;re looking for a Master Electrician to join our growing Services Group. This role is key to supporting project execution by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction environments. You&rsquo;ll ensure jobsite safety, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot electrical issues, and keep daily operations running smoothly.</p>
<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Plan and execute electrical tasks involving materials, components, equipment, systems, installation methods, safety procedures, blueprint interpretation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safe working conditions.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment.</li>
<li>Perform electrical tasks independently, including conduit bending, wire pulling, threading, wire terminations, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for trade assignments.</li>
<li>Ensure proper use and care of company equipment and materials.</li>
<li>Prepare daily and weekly field reports as required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with state and local electrical codes and company safety policies.</li>
<li>Support project execution and closeout activities as assigned.</li>
<li>Commercial and industrial experience is a plus.</li>
</ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience through on-the-job training or successful completion of an electrical apprentice program.</li>
<li>Current and valid driver&rsquo;s license in state of residence.</li>
<li>Ability to read, understand, and execute project scope/specs from blueprints and schematics.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently on various electrical project tasks.</li>
<li>Strong technical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental standards.</li>
</ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and maintain balance.</li>
<li>Comfort working on active construction sites and using ladders, scaffolds, or stairs.</li>
</ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Travel</b></h2>
<p>This position requires occasional overnight travel with weekend trips home.</p>
