Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare technical drawings, 3D renders, and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with design and authority standards.Requirements:&middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.&middot; Knowledge of 3D rendering software.&middot; Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.&middot; Experience in interior fit-out or architectural drafting.&middot; Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.&middot; Good communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare detailed CAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.&middot; Create 3D renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other rendering tools.&middot; Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authority requirements (DM, DCD).&middot; Coordinate with sub consultants and sub-contractors to prepare detail drawings (Architectural and MEP).&middot; Update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.&middot; Conduct site visits to verify actual conditions.Benefits:&middot; Salary starting from AED 3,000&middot; 30 days annual leave&middot; Annual flight ticket allowance&middot; Medical insuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
