 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Graduated from a 4 year undergraduate program at a university (preferably with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, brand, and communication; at least 2 years of experience in team management
 
 
 &bull; Advanced level of English proficiency
 
 
 &bull; Well-versed in brand communication and digital marketing processes
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in MS Office and digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEO, A/B testing, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; No restrictions for domestic and international travel
 
 
 &bull; Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul
 
 
 &bull; Closely follows industry developments and digital trends
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and implement integrated communication plans aligned with the company&rsquo;s marketing strategies
 
 
 &bull; Ensure the preparation of visual and written materials (product catalogs, press releases, advertisements, website and social media content, etc.) in line with the corporate identity
 
 
 &bull; Manage the website and social media channels in collaboration with agencies; plan content and campaigns that enhance user experience and increase engagement
 
 
 &bull; Manage lead communication and campaign integrations via the Salesforce CRM system
 
 
 &bull; Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, SEO, A/B testing, etc.) and provide improvement suggestions based on insights
 
 
 &bull; Plan and execute projects that will increase brand awareness through influencer collaborations and digital content partnerships
 
 
 &bull; Regularly measure, report, and share the performance of all marketing communication activities with relevant teams
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate communication and brand preparations to represent GCA at domestic and international fairs, industry events, and conferences
 
 
 &bull; Manage relationships with industry associations the company is a member of (e.g., FEVE, ASD, MASUDER, &Ccedil;EVKO) and represent the company when needed
 
 
 &bull; Develop integrated campaigns in collaboration with creative, media planning, and digital agencies
 
 
 &bull; Follow marketing and communication trends, competitor activities, and digital transformation opportunities and incorporate these developments into brand communication processes.
