Experience & abilities you will need: 
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 1 year recent experience working as an Electrician in and industrial and/or manufacturing work environment to be considered.</li>
<li>Must be able to work rotating shifts.</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical and instrument practices including application of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic principles.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.</li>
<li>Understand AC single phase and three phase systems and DC solid state drives and motor generator sets. Must understand principles of motor operation.</li>
<li>Skilled in electrical control principles.</li>
<li>Ability to read and work from electrical and instrument drawings, blueprints, and manufacturers’ specifications.</li>
<li>Ability to properly install and maintain all necessary fittings, devices, and instruments required for pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.</li>
<li>Motors and transformers maintenance and testing,</li>
<li>Switchgear / Breakers</li>
<li>Must have good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
What you will do: 
This position will support the operations of the plant, instrumentation and electrical needs. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Responsible to the Electrical Supervisor or Leadman for alteration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and instrument equipment. Has an obligation to keep up with the state of the art in instrument and electrical technology.

Industrial Electrician - Rotating Shifts

We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of cement and concrete products. The ideal candidate excels at territory management, strategic planning, and delivering impactful product presentations. They are comfortable engaging with key clients, trade organizations, and community leaders to promote GCC’s offerings.
 This individual is analytical, tech-savvy, and environmentally conscious—able to forecast sales, support collections, and identify opportunities for growth while promoting sustainability. Strong communication, negotiation, and Cement/Ready Mix experience is essential.

What you will do: 
Responsible for calling on established and prospective customers with a defined sales territory to promote the use of all GCC products.

<li>Responsible for product presentations and developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Develops and implements strategic sales plans based on an analysis of the sales territory and market conditions to achieve corporate goals.</li>
<li>Work closely with industry and trade organizations and take leadership roles in these organizations to promote GCC products and services.</li>
<li>Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and planning strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in collections of monies owed to the company.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance to customers.</li>
<li>Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.</li>
<li>Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and recommend pricing structure.</li>
<li>Advises customers and distributors regarding sales and marketing practices.</li>
<li>Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist customers in promoting sales.</li>
<li>Delivers sales presentations to key clients; meets with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.</li>
<li>Represents GCC and our key clients as an industry advocate, sharing passion, knowledge, and explaining the benefits of cement and concrete to students, city leaders, engineers, and politicians.</li>
<li>Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.</li>
<li>Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.</li>
<li>Actively maintains customer database using GCC’s software</li>
<li>Promote GCC as an environmental steward and identify ways to improve carbon footprint and that of our client base.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years’ experience required. Valid driver's license required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of concrete and cement industry desired.</li>
<li>Knowledge of accurate data collection methods desired.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Office Suite desired.</li>
