Job Description 
Job Role:
To lead and manage all electrical engineering activities for the IA/PA Upgrade Project across multiple USSC platforms. This includes power distribution design, LV switchboard/MCC modifications, motor feeder integration, interface management, and ensuring safe and compliant electrical systems.
The engineer will work closely with the Engineering Subcontractor, OEMs, Vendors, ADNOC Offshore Engineering &amp; Operations, and support site execution when needed.
Key Responsibilities (Project-Specific)
Electrical Design &amp; Power Integration<ul><li>
Develop and review SLDs, load lists, cable sizing, earthing, lighting, tray routing.</li><li>
Design and modify 415V switchboards/MCCs at CSP-1, NGTP, and TAE.</li><li>
Replace old feeders and add new motor feeders for compressors, dryers, and auxiliary systems.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore Electrical Design Guidelines
</li></ul>Integration of Compressor Packages (Critical Scope)<ul><li>
Ensure proper electrical supply and motor starting methods (DOL/VSD/Soft Starter).</li><li>
Define protection settings, interlocks, alarms, and shutdown logic.</li><li>
Coordinate closely with Process &amp; Control teams for duty/standby logic.</li><li>
Validate vendor power requirements and control interface with DCS/ESD.</li></ul>
Coordination with Engineering Subcontractor<ul><li>
Review and approve all electrical deliverables.</li><li>
Provide ADNOC Offshore standards and guidance to subcontractor.</li><li>
Track engineering progress and resolve technical issues.</li><li>

Job Description 
Overall responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide day to day support to Project Manager in various Project Management activities. Liaise with main contractor and end user PMT personnel and act as a focal point for Project Management issues.</li><li>
Identify and resolve Project&rsquo;s technical issues, coordinate with engineering consultant, and establish the bridge between Project team, external suppliers, subcontractors and client / end user focal personnel.</li><li>

Day to day responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assists in preparation, updating &amp; implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).</li><li>
Attends weekly, monthly, and other progress review meetings (internal as well as with client) and assists in preparation of Minutes of Meeting. Participate in preparation of high-level scope of work for Subcontracts and facilitate to ensure that there is no scope creep.</li><li>
Ensure that technical, schedule, risk, commercial and other adequate evaluations of the Project are performed with the participation of qualified personnel during the sessions (internal and external, if required), that all resulting actions are pursued and resolved, and documents are updated.</li><li>

Ensure Project mobilizations and resource requirements are in accordance with Project mobilization requirements.</li><li>
