The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial analysis and internal reporting, focusing on creating data visualizations and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. This role is part of the Accounting and Finance team and partners with project teams, cost engineers, and leadership to deliver actionable insights and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations for project financial performance using CMiC or Domo applications.</li>
<li>Analyze project budgets, forecasts, and variances, providing clear recommendations to leadership.</li>
<li>Consolidate and interpret financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers to monitor costs, revenue, profitability, and overall project performance.</li>
<li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using advanced analytics and visualization tools.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, analysis packages, and executive-level reporting materials.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits as needed.</li>
<li>Complete all financial subcontractor prequalification tasks in a timely manner, including analyses and in-person meetings with subcontractor CFOs, if needed, to determine single and project aggregate limits.
</li><li>Participate in developing the annual plan and monthly forecast, including delivery of P&amp;L and cash flow projections.</li>
<li>Analyze and explain variances between actual results, forecast, and annual plan; communicate insights to the CFO, CEO, and business unit leaders to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Facilitate and lead quarterly budget reviews with business unit leaders and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain overhead expense budgets for all entities.</li>
<li>Partner with the CFO to communicate and present quarterly financial results to senior and corporate leadership.</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests from parent companies, JV partners, external stakeholders, and tax firms.</li>
<li>Identify and lead opportunities to improve operational finance efficiency, including process improvements and system enhancements.</li>
<li>Partner with the Accounting team and CFO on transactions or accounting treatments that may impact projected or actual financial results, providing monthly insights and guidance.</li>
</ul>
Skills/Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional finance experience in a complex business environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with profitability analysis, variance and trend analysis, IRR, cash flow modeling, and other key financial metrics.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts; intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.</li>
<li>Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with operational leaders across geographically distributed teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li>
<li>Proven ability to present complex financial concepts in clear, concise, and accessible terms.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience with CMiC
</li><li>Construction industry experience
</li></ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.</li>
