About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative, community-minded Social Media Manager to lead digital content and engagement for two Tucson-based brands &mdash; a local yogurt shop and a wellness clinic.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, food, health, and wellness &mdash; and can create authentic, engaging content that connects with the Tucson community. You&rsquo;ll bring each brand&rsquo;s personality to life online while managing strategy, content creation, and community growth across multiple social platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage social media strategies for both brands, tailoring tone and messaging to each audience.</li><li>Create and post daily content &mdash; photos, videos, stories, and reels that highlight products, people, and brand values.</li><li>Write engaging, on-brand captions that build community and encourage engagement.</li><li>Plan and execute promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and local traffic.</li><li>Monitor analytics and performance to refine strategies and report on progress.</li><li>Engage with followers &mdash; respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong community relationships.</li><li>Stay current with trends in food, health, and wellness to keep both brands fresh and relevant.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize posts for maximum visibility.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts (multi-brand experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong content creation skills &mdash; photo/video direction, copywriting, and creative storytelling.</li><li>Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of paid social and influencer marketing is a plus.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.</li><li>Passion for creativity, trends, and connecting with audiences online.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us<ul><li>Represent two vibrant, community-centered Tucson brands.</li><li>Freedom to bring your creative ideas to life.</li><li>Collaborative, fun, and supportive local teams.</li><li>Competitive pay and opportunities to grow with both companies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
