Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Degreed engineers. All on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment, able to be performed at customer site. Includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics. Able to make Engineering decisions.</p></li><li><p>
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.</p></li><li><p>
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.</p></li><li><p>
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Degree in biomedical engineering</p></li><li><p>
Previous experience on monitors, diagnosed cardiology and other PCS</p></li><li><p>
Senior level expertise and knowledge regarding medical device service</p></li><li><p>
Strong oral and written communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p>

Assist in managing key accounts within the business group/P&amp;L.</li><li>
Develop working knowledge of GE Healthcare products, solutions, and customer needs.</li><li>
Collaborate with the senior commercial team to execute strategies and achieve targets.</li><li>
Understand key business drivers and contribute to team objectives.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Ensure customer satisfaction from understanding customer unmet needs, to project execution oversight</li><li>
Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and updates on account activities.</li><li>

Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
0-2 experience in sales or account management is preferably in healthcare or imaging solutions.</li><li>
Saudi national</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
