Our firm specializes in Personal Injury, auto accidents, wrongful death and slip and fall cases.Candidates must have a proven ability to handle cases independently. Excellent legal research and analysis, written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Candidates are licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts and should also have a collaborative demeanor working within a team. If you have a craving for challenges, and are action oriented and an effective communicator, the opportunity is yours.Responsibilities<ul><li>Handling litigation matters with full cycles, including developing legal strategies, preparing pleadings and motions, attending hearings, conducting discoveries, and running trials.</li><li>Researching cases and writing briefs.</li><li>Participating in settlement negotiations and discussions.</li><li>Delegating assignments to staff and supervising their work.</li><li>Working closely with partners, attorneys and junior attorneys, and law clerk/paralegal to manage cases.</li><li>Representing clients in deposition, and mediation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3-5 years of litigation experience</li><li>Personal Injury litigation experience is a must</li><li>Licensed to practice and in good standing in Massachusetts</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional law firm setting</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>Excellent written and oral advocacy skills</li></ul>BenefitsCompensation will be commensurate with experience.
