Full Stack PHP Laravel Developer

We are seeking a talented 3D Architectural Render Designer to create stunning, photorealistic visualizations of our property projects. In this role, you will transform architectural plans into beautiful 3D renders that showcase both exterior facades and interior designs, helping clients visualize their future homes before they are built.This is a full-time onsite position in Rawalpindi, offering the opportunity to work closely with architects, builders, and our marketing team on exciting property development projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>3D Modeling &amp; Rendering: Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renders of residential buildings and interiors using architects&rsquo; plans and specifications.</li><li>Exterior &amp; Interior Visualizations: Develop lifelike exterior views with realistic lighting/landscaping, and interior scenes that reflect client style preferences.</li><li>Collaboration: Liaise with architects, builders, and designers (via email, text, or meetings) to clarify details and ensure accuracy in materials, finishes, and layouts.</li><li>Software Use: Work with industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) and Photoshop for post-processing.</li><li>Innovation: Explore modern AI-powered rendering tools to speed up workflows and improve quality.</li><li>Revisions &amp; Quality Control: Incorporate feedback promptly and ensure renders are accurate, realistic, and high quality.</li><li>Presentation Support: Deliver rendered images in required formats for brochures, websites, or client presentations (including occasional 360&deg; views or simple walkthroughs).</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple render projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and updating designs as plans evolve.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or related field (preferred).</li><li>2+ years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural rendering.</li><li>Strong portfolio of photorealistic renders (interior and exterior) &ndash; required.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/3ds Max/Blender, and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).</li><li>Attention to detail in textures, lighting, and proportions.</li><li>Good understanding of architectural design and materials.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with builders and team members.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver under pressure.</li><li>Passion for architecture, interior design, and high-quality visualization.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: 50,000 &ndash; 90,000 PKR per month (based on experience and skill).</li><li>Work Environment: Onsite in Rawalpindi with a collaborative team and access to licensed software + high-performance systems.</li><li>Growth Opportunities: Potential to grow into Lead 3D Artist or Creative Director roles as the company expands.</li><li>Learning Support: Access to new tools, courses, and workshops to stay ahead in visualization trends.</li><li>Recognition: Your renders will play a key role in marketing and client presentations, and you&rsquo;ll be credited for your creative contributions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary requirement?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3D Architectural Render Designing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
