We are looking for a Remote Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can manage multiple aspects of digital marketing&mdash;from building funnels to managing communities. You will work directly with management to implement campaigns, track performance, and grow our brand presence.This position is designed to be flexible and remote-friendly, making it suitable for individuals balancing other commitments (e.g., studies), while still delivering measurable marketing results.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Funnel Creation &amp; Management: Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences. Monitor performance and improve conversion rates.</li><li>Video Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging marketing videos weekly with strong hooks, captions, and descriptions.</li><li>Influencer Outreach: Identify, contact, and manage influencer collaborations to expand brand reach.</li><li>Lead Outreach (DMs): Send personalized DMs (~25 per week) across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.</li><li>Content &amp; Document Design: Create blogs, guides, PDFs, and infographics tailored for different audience segments.</li><li>WhatsApp Community Management: Build and manage WhatsApp groups to keep leads engaged with value-driven content.</li><li>Audience Segmentation &amp; CRM: Update and track leads in GoHighLevel CRM for accountability and data-driven decisions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools Required<ul><li>Proficiency in digital marketing funnels and GoHighLevel CRM.</li><li>Strong video editing and content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication for influencer and lead outreach.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).</li><li>Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you previously worked with GoHighLevel CRM or any other marketing automation platform?</li><li>Can you share a link or sample of a marketing video, funnel, or content piece you have created?</li><li>Do you have prior experience managing online communities (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn groups)?
