 We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Associate Business Analysts to support our Business Analysis team in delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
 </li>

 Internship or academic projects in mobile/web app development or IT projects.
