Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining GeekyBugs' reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring all project deliverables are met with the highest level of quality.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.</li><li>Allocate resources, including team members and equipment, based on project requirements and technical expertise.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to both internal teams and external clients, fostering transparency and managing expectations.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and gather feedback from team members and clients.</li><li>Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication to all stakeholders.</li><li>Continuously assess project processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>2 years of experience in a technical role within an IT services based company, with exposure to software development, system integration, or related technical domains.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects on time and within scope.</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Project management certification is a plus.</li></ul>Why GeekyBugs:GeekyBugs offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and professional growth. Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the server-side of our web applications.
