Facilities Engineer GeeM Facilities Management &ndash; Dubai, UAEAbout GeeMGeeM Facilities Management is a fast-growing facilities management and property maintenance company in Dubai, delivering professional maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and technical services across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Facilities Management Engineer to join our operations team and support the growth of our civil and FM division.Position SummaryThe Facilities Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising maintenance and project works, handling client inspections, preparing quotations and BOQs, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple projects.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in facilities management, civil maintenance, fit-out, or construction works within the UAE.Key Responsibilities Operations &amp; Site Management<ul><li>Supervise daily maintenance, civil, and fit-out activities across multiple sites</li><li>Monitor ongoing works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion</li><li>Conduct site inspections and identify defects, technical issues, and maintenance requirements</li><li>Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and client expectations</li><li>Follow up on material procurement, delivery, and site utilization</li><li>Prepare work schedules and monitor manpower productivity</li></ul>Client &amp; Technical Coordination<ul><li>Attend client meetings, inspections, and site visits</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions</li><li>Handle complex maintenance and project-related requests professionally</li><li>Coordinate with building management, consultants, and facility managers</li><li>Prepare technical reports, site assessments, and recommendations</li></ul>Estimation &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and material take-offs</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes</li><li>Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and work progress updates</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and operational records</li><li>Support AMC inspections and maintenance planning</li></ul>Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure works are executed according to approved standards and specifications</li><li>Conduct quality inspections and rectify non-conformance issues</li><li>Ensure teams follow proper safety procedures and permit requirements</li><li>Monitor site cleanliness, work quality, and customer satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil, mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;6 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Fit-Out, or Construction</li><li>Knowledge of civil maintenance and general FM operations.
