The role demands deep understanding of CBSE and/or Cambridge curricula, strong administrative skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure effective implementation of CBSE / Cambridge curriculum, assessment standards, and pedagogical best practices.</li><li>Drive academic excellence through teacher mentoring, lesson observations, and data-driven strategies.</li><li>Oversee planning and execution of academic calendars, examinations, and co-curricular activities.</li><li>Promote innovative teaching methods, digital learning, and differentiated instruction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CBSE / Cambridge board regulations, affiliation requirements, and local education authority norms.</li><li>Manage school operations, budgeting, and infrastructure in coordination with the management.</li><li>Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.</li><li>Maintain open, transparent, and effective communication with parents and stakeholders.</li><li>Organize PTMs, school events, and community outreach programs.</li><li>Represent the school in educational forums and public relations initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Education / School Leadership / relevant field.</li><li>B.Ed. or equivalent mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department in a recognized school (CBSE or Cambridge).</li><li>Proven experience in academic leadership, teacher training, and school administration.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with modern educational technologies and data-driven management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
