Marketing Secretary<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the marketing department.</li><li>Prepare and organize marketing documents, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Responsible for managing front-desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Welcomes guests in a professional and courteous manner, answers and directs phone calls, responds to inquiries, and manages appointments and meeting schedules. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintains visitor records, and ensures the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Provides general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and coordination with internal departments. Maintains confidentiality, follows organizational procedures, and promotes a positive and professional image of the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in Office Administration or a related field is an advantage).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service orientation.</li></ul>Address: GEIS Electric (Private) Limited, D-163, S.I.T.E Area, Karachi-75700-Pakistan.
