Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Drive adoption of AI and agent-driven workflows to improve developer experience, automate operations, and prototype new capabilities.</li><li>
Build and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to accelerate service delivery with reliability and scale.</li><li>
Develop internal tools, APIs, and automation that streamline developer workflows and enable self-service.</li><li>
Deliver and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, Helm, CircleCI) and event-driven automation patterns.</li><li>
Enhance observability and feedback loops across build, deploy, and runtime stages.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Strong backend engineering skills in Go; solid knowledge of clean architecture, DDD, and event-driven systems.</li><li>
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, GitOps workflows, and platform automation.</li><li>
Familiar with platform foundations (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes) and DevEx tooling (IDPs, service catalogs).</li><li>
Experience with identity and access management (Keycloak or similar).</li><li>
Knowledge of observability practices in cloud-native systems.</li><li>
Excited about AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) and agent-based automation in engineering workflows.</li><li>
Curious, collaborative, and comfortable running PoCs to validate new ideas quickly.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Own and evolve Gelato's Internal Developer Platform as a product &mdash; designing golden paths and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.</li><li>
Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS primary), including Kubernetes, networking, and FinOps.</li><li>
Deliver and maintain CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Helm, CircleCI), GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).</li><li>
Ensure platform reliability through on-call support, incident response, and observability.</li><li>
Build and operate AI agents and LLM-driven automation as a core part of platform operations.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, networking) and Kubernetes internals.</li><li>
Strong IaC skills (Terraform) and GitOps experience (ArgoCD).</li><li>
Solid Linux fundamentals and cloud-native troubleshooting ability.</li><li>
