Job DescriptionWe&rsquo;re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as an Assistant Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance agent or experienced CSR who enjoys servicing clients and supporting an agency, without the pressure of sales.Position OverviewThis position focuses on servicing existing clients, handling policy changes, and supporting daily agency operations.
