 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an IT Network Analyst who loves building, maintaining, and improving modern enterprise networks. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping our network secure, reliable, and scalable, across a rapidly growing organization with 80 sites and nearly 8,000 employees worldwide. This is a fully remote role, but your work will have a very real, hands-on impact on large-scale production environments.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deploy, configure, and support HPE Aruba-based enterprise switching and wireless networks
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage network access control and policy enforcement using ClearPass Policy Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls and security policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Support SD-WAN connectivity using Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN
 </li>
 <li>
 Support network operations across 80+ sites and a rapidly expanding footprint
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot network performance issues (latency, packet loss, wireless interference, outages)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor network health, performance, and security events
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasional travel (estimated 10&ndash;20%) to support new site openings, network hardware upgrades, or critical incidents
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5+ years of experience in network administration, engineering, or analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and wireless
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing firewall policies and network security controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting SD-WAN environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable supporting distributed, multi-site environments
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with Aruba Networks switching and wireless
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma SD-WAN
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto certifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in fast-growing or large enterprise environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
