We are looking for a highly proactive Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of sourcing raw materials and industrial components for machinery manufacturing. You will manage end-to-end procurement &mdash; from identifying vendors to negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure stainless steel sheets &amp; coils (SS 304/316), mild steel plates &amp; structural materials.</li><li>Procure bearings, radiators, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, fasteners, fabrication consumables and other mechanical components.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate pricing &amp; payment terms to achieve cost savings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and update supplier database.</li><li>Track material market trends to ensure competitive sourcing.</li><li>Follow up on order status to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.</li><li>Maintain purchase records in ERP / Excel and support cost reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with production, design &amp; stores teams for smooth material flow.</li><li>Desired Candidate Profile:</li><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in industrial / fabrication / machinery / process equipment procurement.</li><li>Strong understanding of stainless steel grades, thickness, finishes, and market rates.</li><li>Good knowledge of bearings, motors, radiators, pumps, and fabrication consumables.</li><li>Negotiation skills with a cost-conscious mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems.</li><li>Engineering background (Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical preferred).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work in an innovative industrial manufacturing environment.</li><li>Exposure to global sourcing and cost optimization strategies.</li><li>Competitive salary &amp; performance-based growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,199.11 - &#8377;41,772.59 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
