This role strengthens the firm&rsquo;s operational core and supports a culture that values curiosity, problem-solving, and authentic client relationships.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations</li><li>Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows</li><li>Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration</li><li>Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives</li></ul>What&rsquo;s Offered<ul><li>$90,000 - $110,000 base salary, depending on experience</li><li>Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5 - 15% of base)</li><li>Medical, dental, vision; retirement plan with up to 3% match; PTO</li><li>Primarily on-site with occasional flexibility</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Operations and/or compliance background</li><li>Licensing preferred (7 &amp; 66 or 63 &amp; 65)</li><li>Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset</li></ul>Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
