Office Location - Current South Extension Part 1 later will be SaketGood Knowledge of Google Sheets,Shopify Software.Kindly contact us on - bharti@gemopticians.com , (M) 9821589200Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle daily packaging of online orders ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality.</li><li>Manage order processing through Shopify dashboard and update order status.</li><li>Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickup, tracking, and timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatched orders, and returns using Google Sheets.</li><li>Monitor packaging material stock and raise requirements on time.</li><li>Ensure products are packaged as per brand standards to maintain customer satisfaction.</li><li>Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage reverse logistics (returns/exchanges).</li><li>Support warehouse/inventory team in stock audits and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatches, pending orders, and logistics performance.</li><li>Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve efficiency in order fulfillment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or e-commerce order fulfillment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, processing).</li><li>Strong skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel (reports, tracking, inventory updates).</li><li>Good knowledge of courier/logistics operations and tracking systems.</li><li>Physically active and able to manage warehouse/packaging tasks.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Accuracy &amp; Speed in Packaging</li><li>Knowledge of Logistics &amp; Courier Operations</li><li>Shopify Order Management</li><li>Excel/Google Sheet Reporting</li><li>Problem-Solving &amp; Coordination Skills</li><li>Teamwork &amp; Time Management</li><li>Must be able to Work in Roaster Base</li></ul>Kindly contact us on - bharti@gemopticians.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
