The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and customers to introduce the company's solar energy solutions. They will generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and work with the sales team to ensure that potential clients are converted into successful sales.Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of solar energy. Identify customer needs and present appropriate solar solutions. Generate and qualify leads from various sources like referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.2. Sales Support: Follow up on inquiries and leads. Schedule appointments for field sales teams or technical consultants to visit clients. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper customer handling.3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of conversations with clients and prospects in the CRM system. Provide feedback and follow up with potential customers. Build long term relationships by offering exceptional customer service.4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, technologies, and services. Communicate the technical advantages and financial benefits of solar energy to customers.5. Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Tele-calling activities, lead status, and conversions. Monitor and achieve call targets as per company goals.Key Skills &amp; Requirements: Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in regional languages as well as English.
