Are you a talented and creative Designer looking for a new challenge? Your role involves conceptualizing visuals based on these requirements, presenting rough drafts, and developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using both software and hand techniques. Collaborating closely with copywriters and the creative director, you will contribute to the production of final designs. If you have a keen eye for design, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a passion for creating compelling visuals, we invite you to bring your skills to our dynamic team.
What will be your responsibilities?<ul><li>Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for a variety of media including digital ads, social media, and promotional videos.</li><li>Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and clients to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create dynamic visual elements that enhance storytelling.</li><li>Edit and fine-tune video content, ensuring a seamless blend of visuals, motion, and sound.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools to elevate the quality of work.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.</li><li>Assess designs across different media platforms to ensure optimal visual representation.</li><li>Adjust designs as necessary to accommodate variations in media requirements.</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li> 
At least 6 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio of previous work that demonstrates expertise in motion graphics and animation.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and editing software. (3D is a plus)</li>
<li>A compelling portfolio that showcases a wide range of motion design work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts and decisions.</li>
<li>Exceptional creativity and a proven track record of delivering innovative motion design solutions that meet marketing and branding objectives.</li></ul></div>
