We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager &ndash; Internal Marketing to support the Marketing Head in planning, coordinating, and executing internal marketing initiatives across the Plus Group. This role requires a detail-oriented project manager with strong communication skills, who can effortlessly manage workflows, liaise with multiple internal agencies, and ensure smooth delivery of social content, campaigns, newsletters, and employee-engagement initiatives.
You will be the central connector between marketing, creative teams, producers, and business units &mdash; ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution of all internal marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities<ul>

Manage daily marketing workflow, ensuring smooth movement of assets, approvals, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing Head to support day-to-day planning, prioritization, and workflow management.</li>
<li>Oversee all internal marketing-related social media posts, including content coordination, scheduling, approvals, and stakeholder communication.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal agencies to gather client wins, key work, and updates for marketing and social media use.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate the monthly newsletter by working with copywriters, designers, and NaF+ producers.</li>
<li>Lead Apollo campaign coordination and ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives, gathering stories, achievements, events, and internal highlights.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent alignment between marketing, creative, and business teams.</li>
<li>Track ongoing marketing tasks, campaign performance, and project status, sharing timely updates with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support general marketing operations such as documentation, content calendars, and process optimization.</li>

Requirements<ul>

Role Overview
As a Freelance Business Development Agent, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for Gen Plus Group. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the market for upcoming RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and pitches across public and private sectors and connect those opportunities with our leadership team.
You will act as an external growth partner&mdash;sourcing leads, initiating conversations, and creating entry points with potential clients across industries such as consumer brands, corporate, public affairs, lifestyle, tech, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities<ul>

Monitor the market for upcoming RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and pitch opportunities across the region.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and business leads.</li>
<li>Identify decision-makers within target companies and initiate first-level outreach.</li>
<li>Share timely updates on relevant opportunities with the Gen Plus Group team.</li>
<li>Facilitate initial introductions and support in lead qualification.</li>
<li>Promote Gen Plus Group&rsquo;s services&mdash;including PR, communications, digital, creative, and strategic consulting&mdash;to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Maintain a basic tracker of outreach, prospects, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally as an extension of our business development team.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Prior experience in sales, business development, media, PR, marketing, advertising, or communications.</li>
<li>Strong network within the regional business ecosystem (preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to independently scan the market for new opportunities, government portals, and company announcements.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.</li>
