The ideal candidate should be familiar with streaming culture, online communities, and know how to keep audiences active and entertained.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and moderate our Discord server and Twitch chat.</li><li>Create engaging posts, announcements, and community events.</li><li>Interact with viewers and followers to build a strong community.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to promote streams and activities.</li><li>Monitor chat behavior, enforce rules, and maintain a positive environment.</li><li>Suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and followers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with Twitch, Discord, or other community platforms.</li><li>Strong communication skills (English preferred).</li><li>Ability to engage with online communities in a friendly and professional way.</li><li>Creative mindset with knowledge of memes, trends, and gaming culture.</li><li>Previous experience in community management is a plus.</li></ul>Operating Area: BufferzoneCompensation: Salary: Basic + Commission (details will be discussed during the interview).Job Type: Full-time / FreshersJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
