We pride ourselves on being organized, responsive, and committed to delivering a high level of service throughout every stage of a case.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Disbursement Administrative Assistant to support our operations team with check processing and file organization.Position Overview This role focuses on administrative support related to printing approved settlement and escrow checks, maintaining accurate digital records, and ensuring documentation is properly organized within our case management system.The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with confidential financial documents.Responsibilities<ul><li>Print settlement and escrow checks after approval from the Director of Operations.</li><li>Verify check information against approved disbursement instructions.</li><li>Scan issued checks and upload them to the appropriate client file.</li><li>Organize and maintain digital records of check documentation.</li><li>Prepare check packets for mailing when needed.</li><li>Assist with maintaining accurate internal tracking of issued checks.</li><li>Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.</li><li>Basic computer skills and comfort working with digital file systems.</li><li>Reliable and able to work independently.</li><li>Prior administrative or office experience preferred but not required.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Approximately 10&ndash;20 hours per week.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$18 &ndash; $22 per hour, depending on experience.</li></ul>Pay: $19.29 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
