Marijuana use or impairment at work is prohibited, including for individuals with a medical marijuana card, due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position.Company: Precision Maintenance Solutions is a fast-growing landscaping and maintenance operation powered by Gene Cutchin Construction, backed by over 40 years of industry experience.We are hiring experienced, dependable crew members who can step in immediately, work efficiently, and contribute to high-quality, profitable jobs.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Work as part of a sod and landscaping crew daily</li><li>Install sod, plants, trees, and complete landscaping projects</li><li>Follow direction from crew leads while maintaining productivity and efficiency</li><li>Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization</li><li>Load, secure, and unload trucks, trailers, and equipment</li><li>Operate equipment as needed (tractor and skid steer experience preferred)</li><li>Maintain quality standards with attention to detail</li></ul>Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of verifiable experience in landscaping or sod installation</li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to keep pace with a productive crew</li><li>Ability to take direction and communicate clearly with team members</li><li>Basic knowledge of sod installation and landscape practices</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li><li>Physically capable of working full days in outdoor conditions</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Tractor and skid steer experience</li><li>Experience working on high-production crews</li><li>Familiarity with job site efficiency and time expectations</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay, based on experience and performance</li><li>Future profit-sharing opportunities based on performance</li><li>Company-provided cell phone (as applicable)</li><li>Paid vacation time upon eligibility</li></ul>Important: Applications and resumes must clearly show relevant landscaping or sod experience.
